The short agreement between you and Matt Huber for using VINU Technologies.
The service
VINU Technologies lets a business publish booking links and lets its customers book times. It is offered free during early access and may change. We will give notice by email before removing a feature you use or starting to charge for it.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your team. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Fair use
- Use it to take real bookings for a real business or purpose.
- Do not use it to send spam, to collect details under false pretences, or for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to break it, overload it or get at other people's data.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Your content and your customers
Your bookings and your customers' details are yours. You are responsible for having the right to collect them and for telling your customers how you use them. We handle them only to run the service, as the privacy page describes.
No guarantee
We work to keep VINU Technologies running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost income or other indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
